We're spotlighting Blue Grama Solar ☀️ a 3MW community solar array in Galesburg, Illinois. Blue Grama Solar was the first Community-Driven Community Solar (CDCS) project approved through the Illinois Shines program and will be the first CDCS project energized in Illinois. Currently under construction, the project is creating union jobs and, once energized, will provide nearby community solar subscribers with cost savings on their utility bills. Blue Grama Solar is now owned and, once constructed, will be operated by Nexamp. See more Trajectory-developed projects in Illinois here: https://lnkd.in/gRtKqrKB

Our team had a wonderful time at the 3rd Annual Illinois Clean Energy Champion Awards luncheon. As sponsors and recipients of last year's award, we were proud to celebrate the companies, nonprofits, and government agencies creating clean energy jobs and working to make Illinois a leader in the clean energy future.

Meet two of our newest #SolarEnergyChampions 🎉 : Jennifer Wlodarczyk, Esq., Legal Counsel, and Christian Calibo, Solar Development Analysis Manager. Jennifer initially joined the Trajectory team as a Legal Intern this past summer, and this fall, we were excited to welcome her as a permanent member of our Legal team! As Legal Counsel, Jennifer focuses on the financing and sale of projects that have advanced through our development process. Outside of her work, she enjoys spending her time outdoors and, above all, with her family and cats. Christian is the newest member of our Development team, joining us in late November. As Manager of Solar Development Analysis, he ensures site designs comply with government and regulatory requirements while upholding Trajectory’s standards. Christian also works closely with our transactions team to drive projects forward in later stage development. When Christian is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his two sons, reading, and watching documentaries.

When she is not keeping up with the latest social media trends, you can find her at concerts and music festivals, exploring Chicago, or spending time with her dog, Roxy, and two cats, Coco and Miko. Dani joined our team over a year ago as a summer intern and now works part-time while finishing her undergraduate degree. Last month, our team members from across the U.S. gathered in Central Illinois for our annual staff retreat. The week was filled with excitement—from hiking through Starved Rock State Park to site visits, mini golfing, and boat tours. We enjoyed the beauty of Illinois while reconnecting with our colleagues in person. Most importantly, we celebrated our success in 2024 and planned for a solar-filled 2025! 📸 Site visit and tour of Hopewell Solar, a 2MW Trajectory-developed solar array in Marshall County, IL (now owned and operated by Summit Ridge Energy) 📸 Smiles all around during a training session 📸 Our team meeting with key project supporters from Central Illinois during our community luncheon in Lacon, IL 📸 Members of our Legal and Development teams enjoy the views 📸 Members of our HR and Accounting teams on a riverboat tour 📸 Members of our LOFT team competing in a round of mini-golf
