We hosted another cohort of California State University, Long Beach MBA students on a tour to support their coursework in management. It’s great to see these students working towards achieving their business goals!

Lucas Penido Monteiro, MBA is at it again, representing TS Conductor with emerging leaders across the country. At University of Colorado Boulder’s Masters of the Environment (MENV) Capstone Symposium, graduate students presented their research, “Transmission Expansion Via Existing Right-of-Ways & Advanced Transmission Technologies". Lucas brought samples of our AECC conductor, and his expertise to contribute to their presentation, building on the months of research these students have invested in their capstone project. Utilizing existing rights of way to advance grid capacity is critical for addressing the urgent electricity demand needs that have grown tremendously in recent years. Reconductoring with TS Conductor’s AECC technology can triple line capacity while saving time and budget for utilities and their customers. In honor of Thanksgiving, the TS Conductor team gathered on site for a celebratory feast, where we highlighted the diverse cultures represented amongst the team. The food was delicious, and it was an excellent opportunity to take a break from work and learn more about the people who make this team great! Happy Thanksgiving from our team to yours!

“Advanced transmission technologies should be among the default solutions to increase grid capacity and performance at the lowest cost,” said Doug Scott at the recent NARUC meeting, where the board passed a resolution to encourage funding the adoption of technologies to improve the grid. NARUC recognizes the value that advanced conductor technology brings to RTOs, ISOs, utilities, and their customers, and we are glad to see this resolution succeed. The grid is urgently in need of updated technology, and TS Conductor’s next-generation advanced conductors provide the most capacity, with safety and resilience designed in. https://lnkd.in/g4DCzyeh

The TS Conductor team is full of talented individuals, and recently, we got to see their musical skills in action with a jingle competition! The only requirement: the lyrics had to include, “We are wired for safety.” Ezequiel Montanez, ‘Zeke’, Senior Quality Assurance Inspector, won the vote for his jingle!
