As we close out 2024, I’m incredibly proud of all we have achieved at Unifi. We've expanded both nationwide and globally delivering the high-quality service that sets us apart. Two standout moments this year really stick with me. First, the acquisition of Prospect Airport Services, which brought over 10,000 new team members into the Unifi family. Along with our smooth and safe operations during a busy travel year, we’ve grown to more than 40,000 employees, solidifying our position as the most respected (and the largest) aviation services provider in North America. Second, the launch of our Elevate from the Heart program, which is all about empowering our frontline employees, renewing their sense of purpose, and taking customer service to the next level. We recently had the privilege of visiting our Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) team with the legendary Horst Schulze (co-founder of Ritz Carlton) to share this vision with them. None of this would be possible without the dedication of our frontline employees, who work tirelessly in some of the toughest conditions to improve the travel experience for millions of passengers. Their hard work and passion drive us forward, and I look forward to all, and more, we will continue to achieve together in 2025. Our teams at Patrick Leahy Burlington International Airport and Frederick Douglass Greater Rochester International Airport - ROC are closing out the year on a high note with the launch of services for Frontier Airlines and Avelo Airlines at their respective stations. Congratulations to everyone who made these partnerships a reality!

Our UK team recently partnered with Trussell Trust Foodbanks to support local communities and donated essentials like pasta, cereal, biscuits, hygiene products, and baby supplies—small items that make a big difference. The joy of giving back was felt across our stations and head office as everyone came together to make an impact. A heartfelt thank you to our teams for their time, effort, and generosity. We’re excited to make this an annual Unifi UK tradition!

A huge shoutout to Egna, whose passion and empathy were recently recognized by a traveler celebrating her 80th birthday. The traveler, fulfilling her lifelong dream of seeing the ocean, was so moved by Egna’s exceptional care at Pensacola International Airport that she left a heartfelt note of appreciation. This thoughtful gesture not only made a lasting impact but also earned Egna special recognition from the airport. Thank you, Egna, for making a difference and going above and beyond!

This year, our incredible Atlanta teams partnered with Children's Healthcare of Atlanta to make the holiday season extra special. Thanks to the generosity of our employees, we were able to donate boxes of toys full of fun, excitement, and holiday cheer. We’re so proud of this team effort and looking forward to growing our impact even further next year.

Earlier this month, our Unifi After Dark team visited the breakroom at our Oakland International Airport - OAK station and worked their magic, transforming it overnight into a refreshed and welcoming space.   This latest project is part of the ongoing Unifi After Dark campaign, which reflects our commitment to supporting our employees across all stations. Kudos to the team for their dedication and creativity in making these breakroom overhauls a reality, one station at a time.

Last week, our incredible Unifi team in Atlanta, led by Perry Venturo, participated in a "Sleep Out" event to raise funds for Covenant House Georgia, an organization dedicated to empowering young people to overcome homelessness and trafficking. Covenant House provides safe housing, food, clothing, and vital resources to help youth build brighter, independent futures. This marks Unifi’s 4th year supporting this important cause, and we were honored to have the Hapeville Police Department join us for this impactful night of solidarity. thank you to everyone who supported this cause!
