  • Celebrating the First Anniversary of the Twenty Wells Project Area! One year ago, the Utah Inland Port Authority (UIPA) launched the Twenty Wells Project Area, a key development in northern Tooele County that’s already making a big impact. With a focus on industrial expansion and strategic infrastructure, the project area is set to become a critical hub for trade and logistics in the region. Over the past year, the addition of the 144-acre Broken Arrow Zone and the approval of the Savage Tooele Shortline Railroad have created new opportunities for businesses and industries looking to establish a foothold in the area. With a prime location, access to rail and highways, and growing interest from investors, the future of Twenty Wells is looking bright. "Over the past year, the Twenty Wells Project Area has made incredible strides, from expanding its footprint to securing approval for the Savage Tooele Shortline Railroad,” said Stephanie Pack, an Associate Vice President with the Utah Inland Port Authority. “These achievements are transforming the area into a vital hub for industrial growth and connectivity. As we move into the next year, we remain committed to building on this momentum—enhancing infrastructure, attracting industries, and creating opportunities that will shape northern Tooele County's economic future." We’re excited to continue supporting the growth of Twenty Wells as it leads the way in economic development and job creation in Tooele County!
