Last weekend we kicked off our work with U.S. Soccer Federation at the She Believes Summit presented by Deloitte in Chicago. What an incredible summit focused on elevating young women as they embark on their journey into the Sports industry. Founder of Voice in Sport™, VIS™ Stef Strack and VIS Expert Morgan Smith, PhD, CSCS crafted an educational session on How Your Menstrual Cycle Affects Performance ! Spoiler alert : there is a huge need more more research in this area (check out Voice in Sport Foundation to fund more sport science projects!)
