Our last recognition this year, but by no means least, went to WCDA President Michelle Green, PE, DBIA of Jacobs who hit the ground running as soon as she joined the organization and has never slowed down. From her early leadership of the Best Practices Committee and then transition into the executive leadership roles, Michelle has been a steady and thoughtful officer who continually strives to set the WCDA up for success. Today's award highlight is the 2024 Appreciation Award for outgoing WCDA Outside Director Paul R. Shea. Paul has been on the WCDA Board of Directors for the past four years, providing invaluable advice, counsel, and industry experience. Our second award last week went to a long-time member and staunch supporter of WCDA. Bob Vicini received the Pillar of Commitment Award. Bob has been a dedicated ambassador of WDCA's mission since Core & Main joined the association.
