    🔍 At Optimizely’s Hackathon, we set out to tackle a major challenge for businesses: 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 #𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘀. 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻? 𝗔 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗜 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 experience designed to make searching more intuitive, personalized, and engaging. - 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗲: Users receive a conversational search response, complete with suggested searches and products in one streamlined interaction – not the typical list of search results. Unlike traditional graphical user interfaces (GUIs) that rely on clicking buttons, typing keywords, or navigating menus, conversational UIs allow users to communicate with systems, as they would with another person. - 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗽𝘁𝘀: Admins can tailor search prompts to better contextualize results, improving accuracy and relevance based on user input. - 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆: By integrating with customer data platforms, we can deliver hyper-personalized responses that guide users to the most relevant content or products for their needs, improving content discovery, trust, and satisfaction. (E.g., fewer site abandons). 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿? - 87% of consumers turn to search engines for answers, but a staggering 72% of site searches 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. - Those who do use search are 2.6x more likely to drive revenue and 64% of people use search to address the “𝗜-𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁-𝘁𝗼-𝗯𝘂𝘆-𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁” – making search a gamechanger for driving conversions. - Our Conversational AI Search bridges that gap by offering a dynamic, real-time, and user-friendly interaction — similar to a chatbot, but all within the search bar.
