🇫🇮 🇫🇮 🇫🇮 Sataedu, Satakunta University of Applied Sciences and Satakunta Chamber of Commerce are jointly looking for flexible and innovative operating models for the challenges faced by experts in working life in the WIN4SMEs project co-funded by the European Union. The project, which began last spring and will last for four years, is part of the European Skills Agenda action plan and thus one of the European Union's key projects. The Finnish network focuses on diversity management. #WIN4SMES in Hungary 📢 at the Transnational Enterprise Conference and Trade Fair 2024 Deák Ferenc Economic Vocational School and Technical College of Győr hosted a two-day international conference and school exhibition, including an entrepreneurial knowledge competition. Guest of Honor Dr. Zita Magyar, President of the National Office for Vocational and Adult Education, held a speech and representatives of business and education took part in presentations and roundtable discussions on innovative teaching and working methods, finalized by a presentation :"Different generations at work—opportunities for successful cooperation." 📢 The European Alliance for Apprenticeships (EAfA) has released a factsheet that provides an overview of the support available for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) offering apprenticeships across EU Member States.    "One example of partnerships are the Centres of Vocational Excellence (CoVE) funded by Erasmus+. Thanks to their extensive partner networks aimed at developing regional or local skills ecosystems, CoVEs can stimulate local business development and innovation. They work closely with SMEs across various topics and initiatives, including apprenticeships.
