What can 3 months of guidance and support achieve? 💭 Last week, we had our showcase for the Women Devs SG x TechLadies Mentorship Programme. Over the past three months, our mentees tackled various challenges head on — including navigating career transitions and building personal projects (even without any prior technical experience) under the guidance of their mentors. Seeing how the mentees embraced a growth mindset was nothing short of inspiring! We also hosted a panel discussion, covering key ideas for thriving in tech industry: 🌟 Being adaptable in an AI-driven world through continuous learning 🌟 Building a personal brand to stand out in a competitive field 🌟 Leveraging community and mentorship for growth It's a wrap for now! Grateful to be able to work alongside such a dedicated team Diya N. Victoria Lo Saloni Kaur Mansi Agarwal Nemat Bano 🥰 #WomenInTech #Mentorship
