Wrapping Up 2024 with Connection, Inspiration, and Festive Cheer 🎉🍷 Last night, we brought the Women of Customer Success hashtag #Sydney Chapter together for our final event of the year, and what an evening it was! Held at the beautiful Loam Surry Hills in the Ace Hotel / Atelier Ace, it was an incredible way to reflect on the year, connect and set our sights on an exciting 2025. ✨ A Warm Welcome From the moment we walked in, the room was buzzing with the energy of women coming together to share stories, ideas, and laughs. There’s nothing quite like being surrounded by a supportive community of women in Customer Success and post-sales who truly understand the unique challenges and opportunities of our industry. 🌟 Inspiring Conversations We looked back on the wins and learnings of 2024 and shared our goals for the year ahead. It was a powerful reminder of why this community exists—to lift each other up and keep the momentum going. 🎄 Festive Cheer What better way to celebrate the holiday season than with wine, laughter, and meaningful connections? We had another amazing evening hosted by our Women of Customer Success #NYC chapter in Manhattan last week! We gathered women from multiple industries and levels of experience to share insights, build connections, and dive deep into what it means to thrive in Customer Success. Together, we explored: ✨ How to handle customers at risk of churning—and heard inspiring hero stories of turning challenges into opportunities. ✨ Finding your voice in Customer Success—empowering ourselves to step into leadership, regardless of title. ✨ CS Tools and Technology—sharing tips and tricks for leveraging the best tools to streamline workflows and improve customer relationships. From open, heartfelt conversations to actionable insights, the evening was a beautiful blend of learning and connection. Some of the words that resonated most deeply: 💬 "You do not have to be in a management position to be a leader." 💬 "Don't just call out the problem or issue—drive the change and the solution." We walked away with new friendships, fresh perspectives, and actionable ideas to implement in our careers. To all the attendees: thank you for showing up, sharing your stories, and making this event unforgettable. Your energy and wisdom inspire us to keep creating spaces like this.
