EVOM™ based TEER measurement, used in countless studies including in blood brain barrier (BBB), gastrointestinal tract, and airway epithelial models, is considered the gold standard for the transepithelial electrical resistance (TEER) measurement to evaluate cellular confluence, barrier function, permeability, and tissue function. WPI offers a manual system called EVOM™ Manual and EVOM™ Auto for automated TEER measurement.
