The Role:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects across various departments. You will act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and alignment of objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and implementation of projects from concept to completion
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
• Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring timely delivery
• Identify and mitigate risks, addressing challenges proactively
• Facilitate clear communication among team members, clients, and other stakeholders
• Ensure all projects adhere to company standards and best practices

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a remote setting
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or equivalent)
• A proactive problem-solver with a results-driven mindset
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Dutch or German is a plus
• Candidates must be based in the Netherlands or Germany
