Remote People is seeking a talented Senior PMC Project Manager to join a leading multidisciplinary design consultancy in the Middle East. This role offers the chance to oversee impactful hospitality and entertainment projects in Al-Baha, Western Region, Saudi Arabia.

You will manage the planning, coordination, and execution of hospitality projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Overall Planning: Lead the comprehensive planning, coordination, and control of hospitality projects from inception to completion.
Collaborate for Success: Work closely with the Client, Design Consultants, Contractors, Vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met and expectations exceeded.
Develop Project Plans: Create and implement detailed project management and execution plans that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Team Leadership: Guide and motivate project teams to develop and maintain schedules, budgets, reports, and execution plans.
Monitor and Adapt: Regularly assess project progress and performance, proactively identifying challenges and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
Conduct Site Visits: Inspect work progress to ensure compliance with specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.
Reporting Excellence: Prepare and present detailed project status reports to senior management and clients, highlighting key milestones and achievements.
Change Management: Effectively manage change orders, variations, and claims throughout the project lifecycle to minimize disruptions.
Documentation Mastery: Ensure all project documentation is meticulously maintained and organized for record-keeping and audit purposes.
Implement Quality Control: Enforce safety protocols and quality control measures on the construction site to mitigate risks and ensure project integrity.
Qualifications:
Educational Excellence: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering; PMP or Master’s degree preferred.
Proven Expertise: At least 10 years of project management experience, particularly in hospitality.
Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Fluency in English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Travel Ready: Willingness to travel and work on-site as required.
