But if just one life of a person with albinism can be saved. If just one more young one can freely be in society without living in fear. In 2017, we took a bold step forward with KeyNote - Women Speakers Directory to tackle a glaring issue – the lack of female representation on speaking stages across the globe. But what I’ve realised along the way is that KeyNote's impact goes beyond the stage. We’re not just fulfilling our mission to increase diversity on stages; we’re contributing to shifting gender balance in workplaces. Amplifying women’s voices isn’t just about visibility on stage – it’s a catalyst for driving real change in how we achieve gender balance at work. In January, we’re launching the next cohort of our incredible training programme designed to help women amplify their voices with confidence – in meetings, on stage, and beyond.
