Murrumbidgee Primary Health Network (MPHN) has released its 2023/24 Annual Report, showcasing MPHN’s ongoing achievements in promoting health and wellbeing across its 508 communities. Peninsula Health and Alfred Health welcome the Victorian Government’s announcement that Bass Coast Health and Gippsland Southern Health Service will join the Bayside Local Health Service Network. Our health services have a long history of supporting care in these local communities, and we look forward to continuing to build on these partnerships. In December 2024, Peninsula Health, Alfred Health and Kooweerup Regional Health Service announced the decision to voluntarily merge and form Bayside Health (working title). We will now work together with Bass Coast Health and Gippsland Southern Health Service to determine how we can best deliver care that meets the needs of these communities.
