Kigali Airport: Beauty of Simplicity - Africa's Future It's simple. It's beautiful. Chatting with the operator, it's one of the most efficient airports in the world. That's my assessment. Yet wait. Africa has big aviation plans. Just 40 km south of this airport, an Africa hub is planned. The name is Bugesera. It anchors on Qatar. At opening in 2026, its capacity should be similar to JKIA now (circa 7 million passengers a year). And Kenya is knitting a strategic partnership with South Africa. So, in the next few years, we should have some big corporate players in the aviation space. But to survive, they must seek beauty of simplicity we see in Kigali. #africa #infrastructure #aviation #sustainability
