Hi everyone! 🌳📊 I'm excited to share a practical example I'm preparing for two upcoming high-throughput phenotyping (HTP) courses this month. Using {plimanshiny}, I created two free-form shapefiles and leveraged the 'segment_individuals' feature to count, map, measure, and extract vegetation indices (like NDVI) at the individual level for more than 4.000 trees in an area of ~65.000 m2. The original mosaic can be found in the description of this great tutorial by MicaSense, now AgEagle <https://lnkd.in/dabrM4Xt>
