No real surprises as to what is included, I am surprised by the absence of discussion on AI. Curious as to why - is the hype around AI and learning reducing? Are the AI tools in learning not matching up to expectations? Are those actually doing the work not ready? Are we supporting the business with their AI journey whilst our one takes a back-seat? Or something else?
The blog for April is ready, pulling out the themes from over a thousand messages from nearly 600 members of the Talent and Leadership Club. Things the community have been grappling with: 💡 How to make sense of the learning tech landscape 💡 Ethics in coaching 💡 Measuring inclusion and much much more. Enjoy! Would love thoughts, comments and questions - let's get a discussion going. https://lnkd.in/eM4bGtpu
