Green Park's 2024 Business Leaders Index found that individually the Chair, CEO and CFO roles in the FTSE 100 have all experienced an increase in female representation during the period 2013 to 2023. CFOs had the highest female representation (23%), closely followed by the Chair (17%) and CEO (9%).
