💬 Multienzyme Isothermal Rapid Amplification (MIRA) is our advanced nucleic acid amplification technology that operates at room temperature. By utilizing the collaborative action of multiple functional proteins, MIRA achieves rapid and efficient nucleic acid amplification without the need for thermal cycling. This innovative approach allows for portable, on-site detection of nucleic acids. MIRA works by forming a complex with recombinase, primers, and accessory proteins, which search for homologous sequences and create a D-loop region. As the recombinase dissociates, the polymerase binds to the primer's 3' end and begins chain extension. The MIRA technology is a breakthrough in rapid nucleic acid detection, with applications extending across human health, pet diagnostics, animal husbandry, agriculture, and food safety. #AmpFuture #MIRA #EarlyDetection #HealthInnovation

🛒 MIRA, or Multienzyme Isothermal Rapid Amplification, is Amp Future's pioneering technology that harnesses the synergy of multiple functional proteins at room temperature to achieve rapid nucleic acid amplification. This portable solution redefines rapid on-site nucleic acid detection, offering versatile applications across human disease, pet disease, animal husbandry, agriculture, and food safety. Compared to traditional methods like PCR, MIRA delivers better flexibility and speed. It reduces detection time to 1/6 of traditional PCR, accommodating various detection sites and operating efficiently at a constant temperature (37℃ to 42℃). Using freeze-dried/microsphere reagents, MIRA ensures straightforward transport at room temperature, reducing the pressure of storage and transportation. #AmpFuture #MIRA #EarlyDetection #HealthInnovation

#Publication_Alert We’re excited to announce our latest publication in the Journal of Animal Science! In this study, we estimated heritability and conducted a genome-wide association study (GWAS) to identify genomic regions associated with methane emissions in Nelore cattle. The heritability estimates showed moderate to high magnitude, and we identified significant SNPs on chromosomes 5, 10, 11, 17, and 24. Additionally, our research highlighted eight genes involved in various functions, including rumen microbiota modulation, fatty acid production, and lipid metabolism.
