I recently coordinated a social media collaboration between the Cleveland Browns and James Droz, an influencer I represent. The Browns sent James a custom jersey with his name on it, and it created a powerful connection between the team and its fans. Two key takeaways from this experience: 1. Communication is crucial – Clear communication was vital in navigating technical challenges and ensuring the success of the campaign. 2. Influencer engagement drives loyalty – Personalized gestures like a custom jersey help deepen the bond between teams and their fan bases. This project reminded me how meaningful influencer collaborations can be in strengthening audience relationships.
