1moAmazing! Great to see how much this has progressed and that's how a SOM should look! Love the use of noughts and crosses for showing where the training data and test samples landed in the map. Worth noting is how things like ChatGPT got to being as good as they are, is through reinforcement learning through human feedback (RLHF). This is not dissimilar to what I proposed, where the baseline model can be slowly refined based on clinical results and outcomes over time - the major difference with the SOM/SOMDI is you get a deep visual (and colourful) interpretation of the model too, instead of a black box.
