𝗧𝗘𝗔𝗟-𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗣𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗗 𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗚𝗜𝗘𝗦 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗦𝗨𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗕𝗟𝗘 𝗨𝗥𝗕𝗔𝗡 𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗡𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚: Taking a break in Gothenburg, I was captivated by its profound shift from a once-polluted port city to the world's most sustainable city according to Global Destination Sustainability Index #gds. Intrigued by this shift, I delved into the city's transformation and uncovered striking parallels with renowned teal practices in organizational management. It became evident that the principles of new work and progressive organizations extend beyond corporate meetings, effectively guiding urban planning towards greener horizons. Here are my three key insights from Gothenburg's journey: 𝟭. 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Local governance here empowers community groups, mirroring the decentralized decision-making of Teal organizations. 𝟮. 𝗪𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀: The city's inclusive approach makes every resident a stakeholder in sustainability efforts. 𝟯. 𝗘𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲: Gothenburg's dynamic climate goals reflect an evolving purpose that drives continuous improvement. It's incredible to see how teal principles, have helped turning a decaying city into a sustainability beacon with global recognition. 🌍💚 #Sustainability #TealOrganizations #Gothenburg #UrbanPlanning #progressiveorganizations #newwork
