Really great points. While the data is from the US, we are seeing this on a global scale, and in some markets the gap is even more pronounced than in others. With widespread recognition now that a significant number of the global talent market lives with one or more disabilities, there's no excuse for inclusion for people with disabilities being taken less seriously than other forms of employee diversity. #2024DisabilityEmpowerment #talent #employment
