Do we still cry for that toy ? No ofcourse not 🚫 Do we still want that candy ? Noo 🚫 Do we still kiss or hug our parents/siblings ?, ewww , nooo 🚫 Why have we stopped wanting the smallest yet happiest things in life ? is it because we grew up ❓ is it because we feel weird ❔ or is it just that we don't find such happiness anymore ⁉️ The truth is , we all have stopped the growth of our "Inner Child " ... ✅ the inner child filled with innocence ✅ the inner child filled with joy ✅ the inner child with no jealousy We all run behind materialistic pleasures , growth , new experiences... although all these aren't wrong , we tend to keep our roots closed and tend to grow our ego along these phases . We always need something new , we still crave a lot of attention , but what has changed is ... The mind wants what it sees and not what it needs . Along the way , we tend to lose focus on our values , our upbringing, our sense of purpose too ... it's all a loop of infinite rounds of dissatisfaction filled with purpose less pursuits ending at a place of void . ⭐ This is the exact place where we should awaken our inner child . Nurture it with values , grow it with experiences, feed it with good content . ⭐ The place of contentment reignites , the spirit of the child awakens the joy is well alight peace is subtly placed . this children's day , promise yourself ... 🌻whatever you be , whoever you become , wherever you are you will awaken your inner child , you will enjoy the life , spread happiness , be kind and compassionate, be calm and curious and Always find gratitude in all situations . Happiness isn’t bought, it’s built in the moments we share. As parents, we want the best for our children, but the best isn’t found in the latest gadgets or luxury trips. It’s in the simple joys — laughter around a table, fun at cozy little spots, and making memories together. True happiness comes from meaningful connections, not things. By showing our kids the value of relationships over possessions, we help them understand that joy doesn’t have to come with a price tag. Our actions speak louder than words. Let go of materialism, focus on what matters, and guide your children toward lasting happiness. Show them that friendships, kindness, and family are the real treasures. #ParentingAdvice #RaisingHappyKids #QualityTime #FamilyValues #TeachGratitude #PositiveParenting #ConnectionOverThings #IntentionalLiving #MindfulParenting #LifeLessons #ChildhoodMemories #FamilyFirst #LeadershipInParenting #GratitudeInAction #ParentingTips #ValuesThatMatter

Would you revisit the place of your childhood? 🌟 If you have had a happy childhood, you should I don't mean the physical place, but the place of your childhood deep inside you. Reconnecting with your childhood can be a beautiful journey of self-discovery and understanding. It's where you are just "YOU," without any layers. It's your natural identity, crafted by nature—a place where your self-identity hasn't been shaped by the world around you. Remember? in this place, you're filled with curiosity and wonder. You're openly vulnerable, and willing to take risks just to learn more. You embrace new experiences, trusting your instincts completely. Your imagination knows no bounds, and you're willing to dream big. Energy flows through you effortlessly, and inspiration fills your mind without any blocks. As children, we were often very present in the moment, fully engaged in our activities. If you can practice mindfulness and being present, as you might have done naturally as a child, you can reduce anxiety. It helps by preventing you from getting caught up in worries about the future or regrets about the past. What if you could revisit this place once in a while? It could help you untangle your anxieties and recharge your energy channels. I try to visit my place of childhood by escaping the maddening crowds and connecting with Mother Nature. I find a peaceful, quiet place where I can sit and reflect without interruptions. My mind relives the wonder years of my childhood & I start feeling light hearted Allowing your mind to wander back in time can trigger old memories & take you to that happy place of your childhood. I also try to reconnect with childhood friends because the friendships formed in childhood can be incredibly deep and meaningful & without the complexities of adult relationships. It helps me relive the good old days & my anxieties melt away Try spending time every day with your children, if they are still young. It will not only strengthen your bond with them but also provide a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with your own past. This process can be deeply fulfilling and can help you appreciate the journey from your own childhood to parenthood How do you reconnect with your childhood self? Share your thoughts and let's inspire each other! 🌿✨ #SelfDiscovery #InnerChild #MentalWellness #NatureConnection #Inspiration

Motherhood is more than just a role it’s a deep, spiritual experience that transforms you from the inside out. It’s in the quiet moments, like when you hold your child close, that you realize motherhood is a form of soul work. You are not just nurturing a life; you are shaping a spirit. Here’s what motherhood has taught me spiritually Surrender– Motherhood teaches us to let go of control. We learn to trust in the process, knowing that each moment brings growth, even in the chaos. Patience & Presence- Children live fully in the now. They remind us to be present, to find joy in the simplest moments, and to reconnect with the magic of life. Unconditional Love– This love transcends anything I’ve ever known. It is limitless, boundless, and teaches us the essence of compassion and grace. Motherhood has changed me in ways I never imagined. It has stretched me, humbled me, and filled my heart in the most profound ways. How has motherhood changed you? What has it taught you? #Motherhood #SpiritualJourney #Parenthood #UnconditionalLove #Presence #SoulWork #Mindfulness #Mumcoach

Finding Happiness- The Power of Childlike Joy!! One of the greatest lessons I’ve learned in life comes from observing children. They possess an incredible ability to be happy for no reason, radiating joy no matter what. It’s a reminder that happiness doesn’t need to be earned or tied to any conditions – it’s simply a state of being, one that we can choose at any moment. Children are always busy with something, fully immersed in their little worlds, whether it’s building a tower out of blocks or exploring new ideas. Their boundless energy and curiosity remind me that life is more fun when we stay engaged and excited about the simple things. And then there’s the way children demand things with all their might – unapologetically and without hesitation. They ask for what they want, knowing they deserve it. It’s a powerful lesson in self-advocacy and confidence. For me, it’s a commitment to never let that little kiddo inside me go. The happiness, the curiosity, the fearlessness – these are all qualities I strive to keep alive. So here’s to finding joy and happiness in the everyday, staying curious, and asking for what we deserve. Let’s never stop channeling that childlike wonder into our grown-up lives. #FindingHappiness #ChildlikeJoy #StayCurious #SelfAdvocacy #InnerChild

In today’s busy world, it’s easy for fathers to get caught up in the hustle, often at the cost of truly connecting with our children. But being present isn’t just about spending time—it’s about making that time meaningful. Here are seven practical tips to help you become a more present father: 1- Establish a Bedtime Ritual: Create a consistent bedtime routine like reading a story or sharing gratitude. This special time builds emotional connection and provides stability. 2- Practice Active Listening: When your child talks, give them your full attention. Put down your phone, make eye contact, and truly listen. 3- Unplug During Family Time: Make a conscious effort to disconnect from devices during family moments, showing your children that they are your priority. 4- Create Weekend Adventures: Plan simple outings or activities that allow you to bond and create lasting memories together. 5- Be Mindful of Your Presence: Practice mindfulness by staying mentally and emotionally engaged when you're with your kids. 6- Share Your Passions: Involve your children in activities you love, whether it’s cooking, sports, or hobbies, to create shared experiences. 7- Show Affection and Appreciation: Regularly express your love through hugs, words of encouragement, and appreciation for the little things they do. Becoming a more present father doesn’t require grand gestures—it’s about consistently showing up in small, meaningful ways. Start with these steps and watch your connection with your children grow stronger and more rewarding. Remember, it’s not about being perfect; it’s about being there. 💙 Cheers Phil #Fatherhood #Parenting #Presence #Family #Connection #DadLife

Fatherhood by Example: The Power of Presence and Consistency When you prioritize being present and engaged with your children, you demonstrate the importance of meaningful connection and quality time together. By putting down your phone and giving them your full attention, you create opportunities for genuine interactions and bonding experiences. Consistency between your words and actions is crucial in building trust and credibility with your children. If you expect them to limit their screen time, it's essential to demonstrate that behavior yourself. Moreover, being present allows you to fully experience and enjoy the moments you share with your children. Life moves quickly, and these moments of connection are precious. By actively participating and living in the moment with them, you create lasting memories and strengthen your relationship. Ultimately, leading by example as a parent means being intentional about the messages you convey through your actions. By embodying the values of mindfulness, balance, and meaningful connection, you create a positive environment for your children's growth and development, both now and in the future.
