Keep it slow, steady, and sustainable! That has been our mantra at Iraaloom ® As we approach our 5-year anniversary this September, I can’t help but reflect on the incredible journey we've had. From the moment we started, it has been a rollercoaster of challenges, triumphs, and learning experiences. To be honest, I never imagined we’d reach this milestone. Looking back, while it’s been five years since our incorporation, operationally, I can say it truly feels like just two and a half or three years. The pandemic hit us hard, with two of those years lost to the chaos of COVID-19. But we rose from the ashes like a phoenix. The support and well-wishes we received during that time kept us going. Now, post-COVID, we're not just surviving, we're thriving. We're growing, improving, and scaling up in ways I couldn’t have predicted. And it’s all thanks to the incredible people who believed in us and supported us along the way. But behind every success story, there’s a team—an unstoppable force driving the vision forward. I’m proud to introduce the powerhouse behind Iraaloom’s success: Team Iraaloom. They are the backbone, the energy, and the creativity that fuels everything we do. From inception to success, our journey is defined by our unprecedented proven track record.

Such an exciting 10 years it's been! It's been a delight to be a part of the Flywheel team these last 2.5 years. Given the rate of innovation, new thinking, and adaptation to an evolving market that I've witnessed, it leaves me wishing I could have been a part of the prior 7.5 years! In a small way I was. Hackathons... IYKYK. Back when we'd all get together, a mix of industry experts, problem solvers, hackers, and even those who couldn't quite find their feet yet in the space. It was INCREDIBLE to learn how we could win with our brands. Those aha moments when you finally understand the root issue, when it clicks! Truth is, the landscape may have changed, but the challenges remain! Brands are still trying to win, get that leg-up, be a first mover, or maybe just get their IDQ up so their merchant gets off their back. The number of hurdles with selling products online hasn't gone down, but we've created better tools, internal trainings, leveraged AI and deployed automation to streamline solving problems so we can get teams back to focusing on strategy. I'm excited to say, that Flywheel hasn't changed either, we're just as rabid (an internal Flywheel'ism) to get after solving the most complicated problems. 🌟 Celebrating REA: Our Journey 🌟 I’m excited to share that I have received my second Recognition of Excellence Award in the last two years for the Materials Value Chain Program for Filters Global Optimization! Even if this project ended up as a remarkable cross-functional effort, with incredible collaboration from several teams, we could proudly call it our baby, and I’m honored to call it “my baby” also. When we first received this project, it felt like welcoming a newborn. We were filled with joy but also faced uncertainty about the next steps. As the project began to take shape, much like a baby learning to crawl, we experienced a mix of happiness and worry. Each step forward brought excitement, but also the fear of potential setbacks. I was always confident in the project’s success. However, as the numbers kept increasing, the pressure started to build. It felt like climbing a steep mountain; the higher we went, the more intense the journey became. Nurturing this project required dedication, care, and continuous learning. Just as a parent watches their child grow, we watched our project evolve, celebrating every milestone (maybe not properly, definitely not) and overcoming each challenge. We faced failures, oh yes, but we failed with honor, we failed fast, and we failed cheap. In the end, the journey has been filled with moments of pride and lessons learned, making the successes and the final confirmed productivity even more rewarding.
