🌞 Workation in Croatia 🇭🇷 I am thrilled to share that I recently spent an incredible week on a workation (working abroad) in Croatia with my six female manager colleagues from our International Supply Chain Management department. This unique experience allowed our team to combine productivity with relaxation under the warm Croatian sun. During this time, we worked diligently on our projects, but equally important, we had the chance to connect on a personal level. This wasn’t just about working in a different environment—it was about building stronger bonds, understanding each other's strengths, and fostering a sense of unity that goes beyond the office walls. Through various team-building activities, from collaborative problem-solving sessions to casual dinners by the sea, we gained a deeper appreciation for each other's skills and personalities. This experience has not only rejuvenated our spirits but also strengthened our team's cohesion, making us better equipped to tackle future challenges together. We are excited about the positive impact this workation will have on our collaborative efforts moving forward. This brings back memories of 2016 when I was fortunate to be the runner-up for the Global Mobility Rising Star of the Year award. We had a very interesting mentoring session yesterday with Merete Daniel Nielsen Nielsen from TCI Network within the 2nd TCI Cluster Accelerator Program that currently trains about 20 cluster managers from all over the world to consolidate their development and improve their strategies. This time we focused on three very specific lines of analysis to the Cluster Turismo Salud Cordoba: - How to develop a network of international contacts to facilitate the internationalization of the cluster. - How to generate more commitment from partners to ensure the continuous development of the cluster. - Which sources of funding from international organizations could support the internationalization of the cluster. Your recommendations have been very concrete and I am sure we will put them into practice.  The truth is that the two mentoring sessions have been very helpful to face the challenging moment we are facing in the consolidation of the cluster.
