Are your offers not selling? The problem might be simpler than you think. Vague offers confuse buyers. They don't see how you can help them. A clear offer tells people: - What problem you solve - How you solve it - Why they should choose you When your offer is crystal clear, the right clients will line up to buy.

The number one mistake that people make when selling an offer is focusing on the things, not the feelings. More 'stuff' is overwhelming whereas emotions can take your ideal client to a place of dreaming about the possibilities. How do you help your ideal client see a brighter future?

Why You Need an Agent To Find the Right Price Want to know the #1 task sellers struggle with? It’s setting the asking price. If you sell without the expertise of a pro, you’re likely to price it too high. That’ll turn away buyers, cause it to sit on the market for longer, and ultimately, may require a price drop. That’s not something you want to happen. Remember, if the price isn’t compelling, it isn’t selling. So, let’s work together to find the pricing sweet spot. #sellyourhouse #expertadvice #keepingcurrentmatters

Unconventional truth: Your service doesn't sell because of YOU, not the service. Let's be honest: There are THOUSANDS of people selling the same as you. Why do they get sold out in weeks and you are still struggling to sell? Are they better than you? When your service/product isn't selling, you immediately look at: →The offer features →Audience size →If you said anything wrong on the DMs Yet, what you don't look at is the same thing that will make you sell or go bust: YOU. I get it, is not easy to turn the focus and look inwards, but it is NEEDED. But, what people are being sold to is not the offer/product it is YOU. They buy: -Your story -Your failures -Your victories -Your learnings -Your personal growth If you know how to market YOUrself, you'll be able to sell ANYTHING to anyone. Let that sink in.

Struggling to price an offer to sell like crazy? Here's the secret... People don't buy based on price, we buy based on OUTCOMES. You can sell the same offer for $5,000 that you sell for $500. So, what's the deciding factor? ⤵️ It must feel like a steal, and you must agree. This means getting these things right: 1) Your sales messaging. This shows them the value of your offer and reinforces your beliefs about your pricing. 2) Your sales confidence. This tells buyers you're giving them a ton of value without feeling robbed in the process. If you struggle with pricing, fix these 2 things and you'll be well on your way to selling your offers like crazy!

Knowing how people think when they are selling something of theirs. They have an asking price, liking and taking. Through their research and attachment to the item is there asking price. Liking price is what they feel comfortable in selling it for. Last is their taking price. After short falls to no one showing interest and the least they will take for it. Think about it. Have you used this process?

I don’t like being sold to. But I like my problems being solved. I think a lot of businesses go wrong with what they say about themselves and their problems. There is usually a lot of selling. And not enough solving. If you’re selling, you’re focused on your product. The thing. The widget. The service. Selling puts the focus away from what’s important. The buyer. I think by focusing on solving. You shift the attention to the pain, frustration, or desire being felt. And by solving, you can show you understand your buyer. And you know what they’re feeling. With solving, your buyer is going to feel helped. With selling, your buyer feels hindered. What would you rather have?
