Last week, I jumped into my first-ever Thunderdome at Riot (a 48-hour hackathon) where over 280 teams stop everything to build something amazing from scratch. I had the chance to lead a team of 10 Rioters, and honestly, I didn’t know what to expect. What I walked away with was more than just a project. It was the joy of working with people from so many different disciplines, Publishing, Game Design, Art and Engineering. We brainstormed, we struggled, we laughed, we created. In the end, our pitch hit the mark, and seeing how much the team poured into this in such a short time made it all worth it. It wasn’t just about what we built, but about the process and the people. I’m so proud of what we did together and can’t wait for the next one.
