Hello #HR #Professionals and #Companies, As a job seeker, it is my right to address and warn companies that unnecessarily waste people’s time. If you are not serious about hiring, please reconsider the process you put candidates through. I would like to offer a suggestion: Do not waste job seekers' time. If your company is not genuinely hiring, kindly refrain from conducting even a single round of interviews. Note to #Job Seekers: From my research and personal experience with companies and HR practices, especially in #Hyderabad, #Bangalore, and other cities across #India, I have noticed a worrying trend. Several companies post job openings, collect applications, and then proceed to conduct multiple rounds of interviews—sometimes 4, 5, 6, or even more—without any real intent to hire. To make matters worse, they fail to provide feedback, updates, or respond to follow-up calls and emails. Upon request, I am willing to share a list of these companies, complete with proof of conversations, that have been wasting applicants' time. This is both a warning and a request to such companies: You do not have the right to waste the valuable time of job seekers.

HR Needs To Send A Rejection Email. I have been working with a business consulting company in Bengaluru, and recently I was hiring for building a marketing team. I noticed this thing in my recruitment team that they take interviews and if they like the candidate they send the offer letter but if they don't they just don't reply sometimes (Ghost). This is not good. Rejection Email is very important here. I have seen people who try and win and become average, also I have seen people who get rejected and become extraordinary.
