I have noticed that sometimes, amidst hundreds of comments on a post, it can be challenging to respond to each one. However, it is surprising to see the lack of responses even to a smaller number of queries. I am curious about the purpose of the Job Advertisement. Some genuine questions often go unanswered, such as the possibility of a Virtual Interview, Notice Period, or acceptance of Tech graduates. I urge the #talentacquisition community to handle these situations with empathy and address the questions and concerns raised.
