Hiring a Virtual Assistant is a two-fold challenge: finding the right person and mastering the art of delegation. I've been lucky with the first part. In just one week, I found not just a V.A. but a powerhouse of talent! My secret? I focus specifically on the Ukrainian talent pool. For one, not using my knowledge of this exceptional market would be a waste. Even more importantly, I'm committed to taking every chance to create a money flow to where it's most needed. 25 applicants, 5 interviews, and 3 test tasks later, and I've found myself a perfect match. With most candidates showcasing such an impressive skill set (copywriting, digital marketing, project management, web and graphic design, etc.), it was painful to turn them down. Next comes the hard part - setting up operations, building trust, and letting go of control. For task management and training, I plan to use a bundle of tools like Notion, Loom, Zapier, and Miro. As for letting go of control, I might need some therapy and coaching 🙈 All in all, I'm so very excited about this new chapter and for taking this leap 🚀 Here's to building great things together! _______________ P.S.
