Content Strategy and Planning: . Develop a monthly content calendar covering playlists, events, artist showcases, cultural highlights, and community engagement posts. . Identify opportunities to highlight emerging Nigerian artists and cultural trends. B. Content Creation and Management: . Create visually appealing, culturally relevant posts, Reels, and TikToks to engage the audience. . Write captions, blog articles, and promotional materials that resonate with the audience’s interests. . Edit videos and images for optimal platform performance. C. Playlist Curation: . Collaborate with the team to curate playlists that align with our themes (e.g., family gatherings, cultural moments, or event highlights). . Monitor and analyze content performance using social media insights and recommend improvements. E. Brand Consistency: .
