💡 Four things I didn’t know about Marketing until I became a Marketing Specialist Recruitment Consultant. I'm not ashamed to admit that, until I started to get trained to work as a recruitment consultant and learn about Marketing technologies, I had some preconceptions. 1. I always thought marketing was all about clever campaigns and catchy slogans, but I’ve learned it’s also deeply data-driven. Understanding metrics is just as crucial as crafting the most engaging and perfect message. 2.
