Performance Leader's Feedback for Good program sees us donate up to 2.5% of our software licence fees back to three charities nominated by the client. It's really simple idea: every time someone provides real-time feedback to a colleague using our fast feedback platform, they get to drop a virtual token into one of three charity buckets. At the end of the year, we donate to the three charities, in proportion to the allocated tokens. (A bit like buying a burger at Grill'd or shopping at Waitrose, except our clients choose their charities). If you're a Performance Leader client and you want to set this up in your firm, reach out to Logan Balavijendran. And if you're not a client, but you're curious about how this might work in your firm, please get in touch! #performanceleader #forgood #feedbackforgood
Congratulations to the team at SPP for achieving your feedback goals, and thank you for being part of our Feedback for Good initiative. Based on your votes (each feedback engagement = 1 vote), we’ve donated over $500 to the charities of your choice (Beyond Blue, RSPCA Australia and Lifeline Australia). Feedback isn’t just valuable—it’s impactful. Happy #FeedbackFriday More on Feedback for Good: https://lnkd.in/en9-dgRQ

A few sobering stats from the "Household Food Insecurity in Canada, 2022"◽ report: ◾ 22.9% of households in Newfoundland and Labrador experienced some degree of food insecurity in the previous 12 months, amounting to 116,000 people. ◾ This is the highest rate in any of the ten provinces in Canada. ◾ 28.8% of children under 18 in Newfoundland and Labrador lived in food-insecure households. Since 2022, NLCU has held its annual NLCU Fall Food Drive to help support individuals and families in Newfoundland and Labrador who experience food insecurity to get the nourishment they need. Please donate if you can. Between now and October 31, drop by your local NLCU branch to make a donation. ------ ◽ Li T, Fafard St-Germain AA, Tarasuk V. Well, that was fun..! I decided to test an upcoming activation concept for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Chicagoland & Northwest Indiana by running a mini version myself. I’m happy to reconfirm that peer-to-peer fundraising is alive and well! 🎉 And no… it does not need to be tied to an event or special occasion. In a little over 24 hours, I exceeded my goal - raising $1,500+ from 24 donors. Here's what worked: ✅ Great Tech: A seamless and straightforward platform and donation process thanks to my BFF Fundraise Up. ✅ Individual Donor Recognition: Every single contribution was celebrated - personally and publicly! ✅ Regular Updates: I kept the momentum going with live progress shares. ✅ Personalization & Storytelling: Every message came straight from me, with personal anecdotes wherever possible. ✅ Mission Tie-In: I made it clear why donations were so impactful at this specific moment in time. ✅ Multichannel Communication: I reached out to my community through texts, social media, and email. What did I miss? Anything you’d add to ensure the official launch of this campaign is a success? #peertopeer #p2pfundraising #fundraising #rmhc #keepingfamiliesclose
We made it! The first day of Spring 🌸 As the days get warmer, the need for support at Ronald McDonald House Charities of Chicagoland & Northwest Indiana grows. Summer is our busiest time of year as many families use the break to travel for treatments and surgeries. Mike McDonald and I have an exciting summer ahead welcoming another McDonald boy to our fam! 💙 As you look forward to relaxing days and family vacations, please don't forget those families who will be spending their summer in hospital rooms. These next few weeks are a critical time to rally the resources needed to help RMHC-CNI be fully prepared to support these families. I've set up a personal fundraiser to pay it forward and ensure we are able to provide a home away from home for everyone who needs it. Help me reach my goal:
Create a summer of support for RMHC-CNI families

We are beyond thrilled to share that we reached new heights in support of families in need! 🏠🛏️ In August, we served a record-breaking 188 families, providing gently used furnishings and household items to those in transition. And we didn’t stop there - in October, we broke that record again, helping 193 families find the comfort and stability they need during a time of change. #mission605 #makinghousesintohomes #nonprofitlife #nonprofitorganization #nonprofit #501c3nonprofit #southdakota #southdakotalife #siouxfalls #siouxfallssd #sleeptight605 #repurpose #reuse #recycle #upcycle #donate #donation #blessed #blessing

Worthing is so fortunate to have Worthing Community Chest to give grants local non-profit community groups, which make a difference to so many lives in the town. Did you know that you can easily help raise funds for Worthing Community Trust by donating your old clothes via their textile recycling bins? Perfect if you're having a summer clear out!👚 👕 ♻ The green/turquoise bins (there's some debate about the colour!) are dotted all over Worthing. Find your closest one on the handy map below: 📍 https://lnkd.in/ezeW8grn In the bin, you can put: - All clothing and other textiles such as bed linen, cushion covers, blankets and tea towels - Shoes and other footwear including socks, boots and trainers -Unfortunately they can’t take pillows, duvets, sleeping bags, tents or mattresses https://lnkd.in/efJ-uD3x I'll take a photo when I visit a recycling bin and I'll do a poll on the colour 😁 #TextileRecycling #Worthing #CharityGrants
Last night, Nicola and Laura were honoured to attend Worthing Community Chest's AGM and hear about the exciting future plans for support they will give to local grassroots charities. Worthing Community Chest has generously funded a portion of this year's Between the Blue Film Festival, and we're incredibly grateful for their contribution. The festival simply wouldn't be possible without their support. A big thank you to Susan and the entire Worthing Community Chest team for your tireless efforts to enrich the lives of people in the community. Your work is truly making a difference. #Worthing #CharityFunding #Community
