Black Women On Boards’ Post

Shape the future of boardrooms, yes. But first, brunch! What an honor and joy to partner with Him For Her and Barry Lawson Williams this weekend to introduce good people to more good people. Thanks to all who create such magic, to all who lift as they climb, and to all who help us envision an even bigger future for ourselves. #Leadership #Gratitude

Hoping we'll spark even more black women to pursue board seats. Black Women are now the most college educated demographic in the United States. What a shame to not include more in corporate governance and leadership. Clearly it's not a "qualified" issue.

Founded out of necessity and neglect, our focus is daughters with incarcerated parents. I was one of those girls and had no one to turn to for support or guidance. That’s a little bit about Zion Girls and me.
