It's only Monday, and I'm already taking a closer look at how I can show up better for my peers and the team around me. Sharing this introspection in case anyone else could benefit from a pre-Tuesday check-in. 🤓 Being exceptional at what you do isn't about outshining everyone else; it's about taking a moment to highlight your team's excellance instead of your own. 💡 Being exceptional at what you do isn't about racing to be the first one with a response; it's about taking the time to contribute thoughtfully, and adding value to the conversation. 💪 Being exceptional at what you do isn't always about insisting on keeping things the same; it's about digging into the reasons behind situations and collaborating on solutions that lead to the best outcomes. We're all human, but here's to showing up for our teams better tomorrow than we did today ❤️ #teamwork #growth #agencysuccess

💡 No one shows up to work at 100% every single day. How can your team help you get close to that? Here are 3 ways... 1 // Know each other better. ✨ A team that understands each other's strengths and genius can lean on each other when someone isn't at 100%. Call on someone with the strength that you need today. 2 // Practice talking about tough days. ✨ Celebrating wins big and small are always encouraged, but talking about tough days helps us relate to one another more. We all have hard days. Let's admit that and talk about them. 3 // Gift some of your time every week. ✨ Time is the only non-renewable resource we have, it's precious. How impactful would it be for someone to have just 30 minutes of your time, to think through something important to them? Think about a team culture with a norm of time generosity to each other! 🙌 What are other ways a team can become a "rising tide" to each other? #teamcoaching #risingtide #practice #knoweachother #teamdreams

Yesterday, during a crucial team meeting, I was asked a very interesting question: "How do you know what you really want?" That question made me think about the importance of clarity. I believe being clear about what you want is essential for making good decisions. Without clarity, you drift and react to life instead of actively steering your course. To find this clarity, I regularly take time to think and write down my thoughts. I focus on what makes me happy, the qualities I admire in others, and the activities that excite me. Looking back at these notes helps me stay true to my goals. Clarity isn't just about seeing the path—it's about creating it. By knowing what you want, you can shape your life instead of just letting it happen. Try this: take a moment to reflect and write down what truly matters to you. You might be surprised at how much clarity can impact your decisions and direction. 🚀 #kosmcjourney #clarity #thoughts #womeninbusiness
