I've had major concerns about the first wave of AI use cases in B2B sales — that they make buying worse and do nothing for the hardest and most important sales motions (Ent/Strat imho). But hats off to Nithya Lakshmanan and the product team at Outreach this week: ✅ Customizing the agent to low/mid/high touch strategies ✅ Personas are a real thing, not just another folder of messages ✅ Configurable account expansion playbooks Early innings but nice to see the concepts around Sales AI moving in a healthier direction.
