CW+ charity’s Post

We couldn’t agree more with this NPC (New Philanthropy Capital) report: collaborating to understand the role of digital services and established interventions in supporting mental health is essential, and we’re thrilled that Best For You is featured as an example of cross-sector partnership. Best For You is run in partnership by Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust, West London NHS Trust and CW+ and partners with over 75 other organisations to provide an innovative model of care that transforms young people’s experiences of accessing mental health support. The NPC report identifies areas for long-term positive change, including preventative work and early intervention. Best For You provides instant digital support for young people (including signposting), as well as bespoke offers for young people on NHS waiting lists. We’re also thrilled to work with Imperial College London to evaluate Best For You, including our digital resources for young people, to provide some of the much-needed evidence on the effectiveness of digital mental health interventions that’s highlighted in the report.
