We like their third point best — Culture is what is observable. "Culture is about words, actions, habits, decisions and behaviors. In other words, it’s visible. You notice the culture when you enter a retail space, a factory floor or an office." But how do you make culture quantifiable? How do you solicit ongoing feedback about your company culture? Watch this short video to learn how HR teams are starting to approach employee engagement: https://lnkd.in/gyirACw8

Did you know that many companies struggle to extend the best parts of their workplace culture across the entire organization? According to this recent Gallup article, while strong, positive culture may thrive in pockets, it often fails to reach every corner of an organization. This can be a significant barrier to employee engagement and organizational success. At Sociabble, we believe that a strong culture shouldn't be confined to specific teams or locations. Our platform is designed to help leaders identify, amplify, and scale the positive aspects of their culture across all employees, whether they're in the office or on the frontline. Scaling a positive workplace culture is not just about spreading values; it's about creating an environment where every employee can thrive. Organizational culture is a term and idea that was popularized in the 1980s and ’90s. During this time, there was a shift in management philosophy towards recognizing the importance of the internal experience in shaping employee behavior, productivity, and overall success. Employee engagement, values-based hiring, and DEI initiatives are efforts directly connected to this philosophy. They were seen as innovative and progressive for their time. But now, we have a front-row seat to its limitations. Gallup data suggest that most organizations have yet to tap into the power of their culture. From my perspective, and as the data continues to suggest, culture work is outdated based on how we build and grow our businesses today. As we watch companies innovate in every other part of their business, it is time to shift from this decades-old approach to something built for our current and future multi-generational, nomadic, and meaning-seeking workforce.
