The book "NOW and NEW" has one central thesis. Many say: “out-of-the-box innovation and new-business-building do not work because they do not scale.” But it is the other way round. Innovation does not scale because NOW is not prepared for letting innovation scale up. Steve Kopp and Bernhard Steffens from Nexwave, the Amadeus Business Incubator & Accelerator has worked with Amadeus Executive Committee to ensure that NOW is prepared to let innovation scale up. The chapter shows the "How To" and the steps that we have taken. A must read for anyone who subscribes to the book's central thesis.
