“We win or we learn, we never lose!” ⭐️ I had an incredible opportunity to participate in the #DigiHack24 hackathon organised by Nordea. It was a three-day event to showcase ideas and innovations on Generative AI. My team and I presented a UI demo on how can GenAI provide personalized customer experience and support. Although we didn’t make it to the finals, I left with several takeaways: 1. Collaboration is the key to innovation. Working together brings in different perspectives and a lot of ideas pour in. 2. Networking goes a long way. Connecting with leaders and people from diverse backgrounds broadens your understanding, exposes you to new areas of knowledge. 3. Building skills for the future. Learning from new colleagues, finding solutions and solving unique challenges prepare you for the future. 4. Adaptability is crucial. The ability to quickly pivot and solve unexpected challenges is a valuable skill not only for hackathons but also for real-world projects.
