Amidst the flood of marketing trend reports… This one stands out to me for one reason. Not only is this one of my favourite employee advocacy quotes from Beth Saint, CMO at Schroders. But for the first time (that I can remember), employee advocacy has claimed the top spot in an influencer marketing trends report. Why is this such a big deal? Traditionally, the industry spotlight has been on external influencers, while internal influence has been an afterthought. It's great to see the industry fully recognizing and backing the power of internal voices for driving impactful change. When your team is passionate about your brand, their advocacy can transform your company's reputation from the inside out.
