ICYMI: Last week, Carmelitha Bordelon, CPA, VP of Regulatory Affairs and Finance at Suburban Water Systems, joined the panel "Avoiding Disconnected Data: Assuring Utility Disconnection Information is Useful" at the 2024 NARUC Annual Meeting and Education Conference. Carmelitha highlighted how comprehensive disconnection data can guide better policies, improve regulatory frameworks, and support customers in need.
