Did any of you watch Kalki this weekend? No, this is not a movie review. I do not review all movies 😊 This is just an observation. I managed to reach the movie theatre on time and could see the movie credits. You know what I noticed? Names of movie stars represented below: Sri Amitabh Bachchan Sri Kamal Hasan Sri Prabhas Deepika Padukone I could not concentrate beyond this. Can you see why? What have the men here done differently to get the title "Sri"? Why is Deepika Padukone not given any such title? Did she specifically request not to have it there? If yes, then I am okay with that. But if not, then I think we have good reasons to think about it. It’s important to question and reflect on these small but significant details. Titles and honorifics in movie credits might seem trivial to some, but they reflect deeper issues of respect and equality in our society. Let’s think about it and strive for a more balanced and respectful representation in all spheres. One thing we do at Kelp (formerly KelpHR) is address everyone at the workplace, clients, and partners by their first names. New joiners might find it a little intimidating to call seniors by their first names initially, but we encourage them to do so. With a bit of practice, they are able to do that. HOW AN UNCENSORED CONCEPT CAN DEMEAN THE CORE VALUES OF A NATION? It can be better explained by the life cycle of bollywood. How diligently it propagated the anti-Bharar sentiments and it all got unnoticed. Cinema plays a vital role in establishing a mindset and how cleverly the agenda was fulfilled. They made us believe that we were living a primitive life and baseline aspirations. They continually cultivated the dreams amoung youngsters that gradually separated them from the roots of Bharat. Bollywood used to deliberately play the negativities and they succeeded in making us believe in the completely different angle of love and relationship. My life my choice like things propagated as if before bollywood everyone was living by others choice. Bollywood alone dented the core values of Bharat to many extent and the best part is its ability to camouflage. It always played the anti-Bharat agenda and it was an effective tool in bringing us down. We must be aware now and selective in what we see and follow. From things we eat to the life we lead is influenced by some or other anti-Bharat forces. The key to safety is staying close to our culture and style of living. A source of entertainment cannot be the source of inspiration. We made grave mistakes and took bollywood so seriously that we started rating our lives with their fake lifestyle. Go back to our roots that are organic and key to a hale and hearty life. Bharat is way more than what bollywood shows. #jaibharat #jaibhartiya
