'Busyness' is not business. This is a theme which we intend to pursue for some time. In my work experience of 37 years, I have seen very busy individuals at the workplace whose busyness is not helping the business in any manner. There are several reasons for this phenomenon. This short video is based on the observation that organisations recruit manpower who are less 'costly' than the budgeted compensation for the position. I have arrived at the conclusion that such organisations recruit people who cost less but these organisations pay a higher 'price' in the long run? Do you agree with me? Very right observations Deepak
Great perspective!
I fully agree with you
Business exists for the society. Evolutionary clutches point out to the panorama of adaptive abilities of nature. Similar is the case of any business.
Most people fall victim of this.
Absolutely true...Most of the companies are making such hiring mistakes.
