My entrepreneurial journey wasn’t exactly planned…it began unexpectedly❗❗ I’ll never forget the date(June 14th) – the day it all started on a beach in Goa… I was still contemplating my career, unsure if starting a business was the right move for me. But there I was, having a conversation with someone who saw more potential in me than I recognised in myself at that time. He offered me my first opportunity wherein I had to conduct a performance evaluation for his company. While I had studied HR theoretically and worked with companies before, this was my first experience of what entrepreneurship and business truly felt like. And that’s when I realised, this is what I’m meant to do! Today, we’re working with 43 companies across the globe, managing their entire HR function from hiring to firing. It’s been a journey filled with late-night calls from employees stressed about not being able to apply for medical insurance. It’s in these moments that I realised HR is not just about managing processes – it’s about being there for people, guiding them through ups and downs. For me, this is about helping individuals grow their careers, and today, it brings me immense joy to say that we’ve impacted over 14,000 employees globally. Where do we see ourselves in the next 5 years? – From working with 43 companies to 150 companies. And, we’re all boosted to achieve it! If you're a small organization with a desire to grow then these simple tips might help Group Discussions - It doesn't need to be war and peace. Set a 15 minute timer and run one discussion a day for a unique group of 10 to 12 people Learning Champions - When you highlight and reward your learning champions you make others believe it matters! Monkey see monkey do!! Display Skills - Like annual functions to reward dance skills, reward skilled people with a pedestal too. Jo Dikhta hai, woh Bikta hai!! Communities of Practice - With all the tech available, it's so easy to help like minded people connect. Intrinsic Motivation - All the wealth in the world cannot fulfill the void of task and reward. Help your people discover real motivation, the one that flows from within. Learning at the Point of Need - This is most valuable. The ability to learn when you are in need can cement the learning the most. If not all, address at least 80% of the job role learning needs immediately when required.
