Mental Health affects many people I know personally, and professionally. When you lead or manage with empathy, you can identify traits that can lead to low performance, morale, and attitude. Check on your people, and ask questions. You can transform not just your business, but your relationship, and leadership.

Gentlemen, it's time we talk about tears. Crying isn't a sign of weakness; it's a sign of being human. Embracing our emotions, including sadness, can lead to better mental health and stronger relationships. 💪 Research shows that crying releases stress hormones and toxins, boosts mood, and even strengthens our immune system. By allowing ourselves to be vulnerable, we open doors to deeper connections and authentic leadership. 🚀 When was the last time you allowed yourself to truly feel and express your emotions? 🤔 Ready to redefine strength in leadership? What I wish I knew earlier in my life as I ascended into leadership roles was that…. Healed people Heal people Yes, we all know hurt people, hurt people and too often we overlook the above. Healing was transformative for every fiber of my being but I had to make intentional time for me and my healing. I have worked with many leaders who believe they don’t have the time to do this work either. I hold space for that knowing how busy and how much is stacked on the priority list. I also hold space for if we choose not to heal what’s the 💲 cost? What’s the generational cost? We can be cycle breakers and change makers simultaneously. How? In doing your own work and in community centered approaches. So I ask you are you a healed person or hurt and what are you doing to evolve? Looking for “practical insights on how collective care strategies can work toward breaking the cycle of generational trauma” or just curious…. Mental Health America is hosting a live webinar today, the 23rd at 2pm ET where this will be discussed by myself and others. We can can make lemonade out of lemons 🍋on this National Lemon Day. #mentalhealth #leadership #leadershipdevelopment #trauma #healing

In the last few years, the world has been turned upside down. The good old days are gone and we haven't settled on a new normal yet. It's going to get worse before it's better. It's hard to face the reality of the truth which dark and ugly. Those who don't want to see have their heads buried in the sand. Bur thar won't last. Eventually something will shake you awake. That's exactly what happened to me. I feel into depression and had a dark night of the soul. I met people along the way that helped me through and connect the dots. It stared to make sense and I saw the big picture. Through that journey I'm discovering my own purpose were all here to help humanity advance. We're interconnected whether you want to believe that or not. If you suffer, I suffer too. If you've got up confused and bleary eye and need help navigating through, then stick around. . . . #WakeUpCall #TruthRevealed #DarkNightOfTheSoul #FindingPurpose #Interconnected #JourneyToSelf #FacingReality #NewNormal #HelpingHumanity #ConnectedSouls #NavigatingLife #SupportEachOther #BigPicture #OvercomingDepression #UnityInAdversity #executive #executivecoaching #executiveleadership #leader #executivecoach #TamaraLashchyk #ExecutivePerspecticve #TDL #TDLInternational

Dealing with difficult people at work can be a challenge, but what if it's not other people but your own inner critic that is eroding your confidence? Ask me how I know! The constant inner chatter - telling you you aren't good enough, reminding you of past mistakes, scaring you into not making a decision about something, in case you get it wrong. For years I battled this voice and it affected my mental and physical health. But then I began to learn about imposter syndrome and some strategies I could use to break this self-sabotaging cycle. And knowing how freeing it is to silence (most of the time) that inner critic, I now love helping other leaders to do the same. DM me, I am always happy to chat and share some of the tips that helped me and might help you or someone you know. #Coaching #SelfDevelopment #Journey #Coach #Support #Mindset #HonestPartnership
