Fundraising channel trends captured this year by the European Fundraising Association (EFA) showed greater diversity than ever in fundraising channels. Social media, websites and email topped the list of most favoured channels, but most noticeable growth was seen in face-to-face fundraising as it rose to #4, overtaking mail and telephone from the previous year.
