Job responsibilities:
Manage JIRA planning and capacity, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely delivery of projects.
Develop and maintain incident management reporting systems, facilitating prompt response to issues and minimizing downtime.
Conduct post-mortems to analyze incidents, identify root causes, and implement preventative measures to enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize engineering operations processes, streamlining workflows and enhancing productivity.
Generate comprehensive reports on project progress, resource utilization, and operational performance, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, and cross functional teams to regularly identify dependencies, process gaps, and other executional blockers so that each team member can do their best, most focused work possible. We work primarily in Teams, Monday, Jira, and Confluence.
Increase transparency and trust across the organization by driving communications and collaboration channels, including planning, roadmap reviews, and feedback sessions.
Enable continuous improvement, ensuring learnings are captured, shared, and integrated through retrospectives or other forums.
Possess a high-level of attention-to-detail, communication, and writing skills, and are excited to tackle problems of large organizational change including capacity considerations.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
You have 2+ years of experience working in a financial or technology company.
You have experience with senior stakeholder management and engineering, product and design projects leveraging Jira and Confluence.
You have strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and ability to recognize and analyze trends in data is a plus.
You have good attention to detail and passion for solving problems
You have the ability to thrive in ambiguity and ask the right questions
You have the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
You have comfort working in a tech-driven environment with the ability to coordinate across several stakeholder groups (Engineering, Design, Compliance, Business Development, Banking, Operations)
You have strong written and verbal communication skills
You have a project management orientation with the ability to communicate issues/concerns before they become fires and facilitate the right stakeholders in a discussion to solve for them
Open and transparent working style, with the ability to communicate up and down
The ability to navigate a matrixed organization and influence peers
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
Bachelor’s Degree
Product Ops and/or Technical Program Management experience at a financial or technology company
