It is part of their control and manipulation which lasts well after the relationship ends. If they tried to control and restrict your interaction and sharing with others while you were together, it will stay haunting you preventing you to speak freely. In order to heal and find peace, it is beneficial to disclose and share your troubles. There is no need to protect those that cause us pain and hurt any longer. 💔
